We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Store Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in English and Hindi
* Ability to understand customer needs and make relevant suggestions
* Strong follow-up and coordination skills
* Capable of handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing orders
* Oversee the overall upkeep, presentation, and smooth functioning of the store
* Ensure the store environment is organized, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards
* Prior background or experience in design is an added advantage
The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, organized in managing inquiries, and driven to convert leads into successful orders while ensuring the store is maintained to the highest standards.
