Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alandi, for a Store Manager at Speed Laser And Automation. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with the team and stakeholders. The role also includes implementing and maintaining retail loss prevention strategies while ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store.

- Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise, with a client-first mindset
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively
- Proven ability to lead a team and maintain operational excellence in a retail environment
- Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining organized records
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience as a store manager or in a similar role is strongly recommended
