What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations and team performance.
- Drive sales, customer experience, and brand excellence.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and vendor coordination.
- Plan in-store promotions, sampling, and community activations.
- Ensure smooth functioning across POS, billing, and store reporting (Odoo ERP knowledge a plus).
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in F&B retail, gourmet, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Passion for premium food retail, design, and storytelling.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and customer-first mindset.
