Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team members, maintain product displays, and ensure the store delivers a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management, including the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Retail and sales management experience with a focus on achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to handle inventory management and ensure smooth operations.
- Customer relationship skills, ensuring outstanding customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to adapt and respond quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of the fashion industry are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
