Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Store Manager for our location in Dwarka. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. They will handle inventory management, implement sales strategies, analyze performance metrics, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Additionally, the role involves ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and driving overall store success.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise, motivate, and coordinate store staff
- Experience in inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination
- Customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Sales and performance analysis abilities to drive revenue and meet targets
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards, particularly in the food and retail industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment
- Proficiency in using store management software and basic computer applications
- Experience in retail or food service management is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, retail management, or a related field is a plus
