Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Signature Scents & Co. store in Bengaluru in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for all customers. The Store Manager will lead fragrance consultations, guide customers in selecting signature scents, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and inventory management. Additional responsibilities include monitoring store performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, handling customer concerns, and driving sales targets. The role also requires close coordination with the leadership team to execute promotional campaigns and uphold brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating personalized, positive experiences.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
- Proven experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, managing operations, and meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Experience in retail, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics, or lifestyle products.
- Ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory, and use POS or retail management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualification: diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field.
