Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service for delivering an excellent shopping environment
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Experience in Store Management, ensuring smooth operations and team coordination
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize risks and manage inventory effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in retail or a management role is advantageous
