Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, based in Gurugram. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the store team, managing inventory, implementing effective retail loss prevention strategies, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and handling store performance analysis. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the store team and upper management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interactions
- Experience and expertise in Store Management and Retail Operations
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and techniques
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team effectively
