Job details:
We're hiring our first Store Manager — and honestly, we're excited about this one.
Who we are?
Senara is the newest name in demi-fine jewellery — everyday, stackable, gold-tone pieces designed for the person who wants to feel a little more put-together without trying too hard. Think the jewellery equivalent of your favourite go-to outfit: polished, easy, always right.
We're about to open our very first boutique store, and we're looking for someone to run it like it's their own. Not a "clock in, clock out" manager — someone who actually loves the floor, notices what a customer is drawn to before they say it out loud, and can turn a five-minute browse into a five-star experience.
If you love styling people, leading a team, and being the person who makes a store feel like something — keep reading.
What you'll actually be doing
- Running the store day-to-day: opening, closing, cash, the operational backbone nobody sees but everyone relies on
- Leading a small team of associates (or as we would like to call them - Senarazzis) and making them genuinely good at their jobs (and want to stay)
- Owning the customer experience end to end — every person who walks in should walk out feeling styled, not sold to
- Keeping the floor as intentional as our packaging — visual merchandising is not an afterthought here
- Managing inventory — stock counts, reorders, and telling us honestly what's flying off the shelf vs. what's collecting dust
- Hitting sales targets your way — confident, warm, zero pressure. We don't do pushy.
- Being our eyes and ears on trend — what people are asking for, trying on, coming back for
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in retail — fashion, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle preferred
- Some experience leading a team, even a small one
- A real eye for style. You don't need a fashion degree — just good instincts and an opinion on what looks good
- Someone organised enough to run a tight ship, but quick enough on their feet to handle whatever a Saturday afternoon throws at them
- Comfortable with basic POS/inventory tools, or a fast learner
- The kind of communicator who can talk to anyone without sounding like a script
Bonus points if
- You've worked in jewellery or a similar demi-fine/fine category before
- You already have a point of view on brands like Astrid & Miyu or Mejuri
Why this one's different
This isn't joining store #34 of a chain. This is store #1. You'll help shape how Senara actually feels in person — from the first customer to the first reorder. If you like being early and building something rather than maintaining something, this is that.
