The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities
Sales & Design Consultation
- Provide high-level design advice to customers, assisting with space planning, color palettes, and fabric selections.
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets through a consultative, "design-first" approach.
- Manage end-to-end projects for VIP clients, from initial mood boards to final in-home installation.
- End-to-End Service: Manage the customer journey from the initial design consultation to final white-glove delivery.
- Trade Program: Build and maintain relationships with local architects and fellow interior designers to drive B2B sales.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in luxury retail management, specifically within furniture, home decor, or high-end finishes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit) and retail POS systems.
- The "Eye": A deep understanding of color theory, textiles, spatial proportions, and furniture history.
