Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Vijayawada. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of store presentation. Responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring adherence to retail loss prevention policies. Additionally, the Store Manager will guide, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding results.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Strong Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention expertise to manage operations and minimize shrinkage effectively.
- Outstanding Communication skills to lead teams and interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
