Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at our Srinagar location. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, lead and motivate staff, and ensure the store meets its sales goals. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also analyze sales data, manage schedules, and create a positive shopping experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
- Store Management skills, including staff supervision, inventory control, and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to minimize shrinkage and maintain profitability
- Leadership abilities to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment
- Previous retail or store management experience is preferred
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
