Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Patiala. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing retail staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining optimal stock levels, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, preventing loss and theft, and providing exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will also lead and mentor the team to ensure smooth store functionality and cultivate a positive shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure retail operations run efficiently and minimize shrinkage
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to develop a positive customer experience and drive customer loyalty
- Excellent Communication skills for team leadership, employee management, and customer interactions
- Competence in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment with strong team collaboration
- Prior experience in a retail or fashion-related role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
