Role Description
We are looking for candidates for our store in Panjim ( Goa ) , Mumbai central and Jabalpur .
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India, for a Store Manager at Raymond Lifestyle Limited. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring optimal customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities will include staff management, achieving sales targets, inventory control, and maintaining store aesthetics. The role will also involve strategizing to increase foot traffic, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring the implementation of company standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and motivate staff.
- Proven sales skills with an ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Proficiency in inventory control and stock management.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer and team relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and implement necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Familiarity with retail management software and tools is an advantage.
