1. Operational Leadership
- Shift Management: Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service during peak and off-peak hours.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food plating, beverage quality, and dining room cleanliness.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and minimize "shrinkage" or food waste.
2. Financial Management
- P&L Accountability: Monitor labor costs and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) to meet budget targets.
- Reporting: Perform daily/weekly reconciliations of cash, credit, and POS reports.
- Growth: Implement local marketing initiatives and upsell programs to drive revenue.
3. Team Development
- Staffing: Recruit, interview, and onboard front-of-house staff.
- Training: Conduct regular training on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and safety protocols.
- Culture: Foster a positive work environment to reduce turnover and maintain high morale.
4. Guest Relations
- Experience: Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Resolution: Handle complaints with grace and find immediate solutions to service failures.
