Role Description This full-time, on-site Store Manager role is based in Bengaluru. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves driving sales performance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring optimal inventory management. The Store Manager will monitor customer service quality, handle escalations, and foster a welcoming store environment. Additional responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention measures, analyzing store performance metrics, and reporting regularly to management.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers, leading teams, and coordinating with management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including supervision, scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage.
- Previous experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion or kids’ apparel and footwear.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
