Job Title: Store Manager – Sublime House of Tea (International Airport)
Location: International Airport
Reporting To: Operations Head / Retail Head
Role Overview
At Sublime House of Tea, we don’t just sell tea—we curate experiences rooted in heritage, craftsmanship, and mindful luxury. As Store Manager, you will be the custodian of the brand at a global gateway, leading a team to deliver refined, immersive experiences to an international audience.
This role blends luxury retail, storytelling, and hospitality, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the soul of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Brand Growth
* Drive revenue while maintaining the integrity of the brand experience
* Enhance conversion through storytelling and product knowledge
* Maximize average bill value through curated recommendations and gifting
2. Customer Experience & Storytelling
* Create a warm, immersive tea experience for global travellers
* Educate customers on origins, blends, and rituals of tea
* Ensure every interaction reflects elegance, authenticity, and attention to detail
3. Team Leadership & Culture Building
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team aligned with brand ethos
* Train staff on tea knowledge, service etiquette, and experiential selling
* Build a culture of ownership, grace, and excellence
4. Store Operations & Compliance
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning in a high-security airport environment
* Ensure adherence to airport guidelines, hygiene standards, and brand SOPs
* Maintain impeccable visual merchandising aligned with Sublime’s aesthetic
5. Inventory & Product Care
* Ensure optimal stock levels across teas, teaware, and gifting collections
* Maintain product freshness, storage standards, and quality control
* Conduct regular audits and minimize losses
6. Partnerships & Representation
* Act as the face of the brand with airport authorities and partners
* Execute in-store activations, tastings, and seasonal showcases
* Uphold brand image at all times in a global retail environment
Key Requirements
* 5–8 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium F&B
* Strong inclination toward customer experience and storytelling-led selling
* Experience in airport retail or high-footfall environments is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills and refined personal presentation
* Passion or knowledge of tea, wellness, or artisanal products is preferred
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
