Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at our Raipur location. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage customer service delivery, and implement effective retail strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing store performance, training and supervising staff, monitoring inventory and visual merchandising, and ensuring adherence to all policies, including retail loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service techniques
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in retail operations and inventory management
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to address client needs
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in retail or home furnishing is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
