Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Odisha, India. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including managing team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining inventory and stock alignment. Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, supervising staff, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring the store meets organizational standards and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Store Management, including handling operations, inventory, and staff supervision.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create a positive shopping experience.
- Strong Communication skills to facilitate interaction with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to protect assets and reduce shrinkage effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
