Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Store Manager located in Delhi. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of staff, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth store functionality. The Store Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals
- Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail operations
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Leadership abilities, team management skills, and problem-solving capabilities
- Flexibility to work on-site in Delhi and manage a dynamic work environment
- Previous experience in pet retail or a related field is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
