Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, based in Gurugram. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include leading a team, driving sales performance, implementing visual merchandising strategies, and maintaining efficient supply chain processes. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Retail management, leadership, and team supervision skills
- Experience with inventory management, sales strategies, and customer service
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation techniques
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in retail management systems and basic computer applications
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage
