The company operates a state-of-the-art cement plant in Suryapet with a production capacity exceeding 8,000 TPD, manufacturing Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC), Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), and Special Cement for railway sleeper production. NCL also operates a Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) division, supplying high-quality concrete through five RMC units located across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager position based in Suryapet. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and managing overall inventory and stock. Other responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of products, supervising staff, and fostering a positive customer-focused environment. The role also involves monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies for growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Proven ability in Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for staff coordination and customer interactions
• Leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team effectively
• An understanding of inventory management and stock handling
• Experience in the cement or construction materials industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
