Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager with 1–3 years of experience in retail to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing a team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
- Handle billing, cash management, and reporting
- Plan and execute promotional activities and sales strategies
