Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage store inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The role involves training and leading a team, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. The Store Manager will also ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures while maintaining a positive store environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to enhance shopper experience and address customer needs effectively
- Exceptional Communication skills for team management and interaction with customers
- Experience in Store Management and Retail operations, including staff supervision
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategies
- Leadership capabilities and ability to motivate and guide a team
- Availability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in retail or related industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
