Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Ranchi. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure inventory and stock accuracy, implement retail loss prevention measures, and maintain store compliance with organizational policies. The incumbent will focus on achieving excellence in customer service, nurturing customer relationships, and optimizing store performance to meet business goals.

- Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to maintain smooth and secure store operations.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster loyalty.
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Result-oriented mindset and ability to handle inventory management and operational challenges.
- Relevant prior experience in retail or store management roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in inventory software and POS systems is a plus.
