Role Description The Store Manager at MIRAGGIO is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and achieving sales and profitability targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Store Manager will lead, coach, and schedule store staff; manage visual merchandising and inventory; and maintain store standards aligned with the brand’s premium positioning. The role includes monitoring sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and handling escalated customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Store Manager will also collaborate with regional and head office teams on promotions, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering a premium in-store experience.
- Proven Store Management experience, including team leadership, staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day retail operations.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, coaching team members, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including inventory control, shrinkage reduction, and adherence to store policies.
- Previous experience in fashion, accessories, or premium retail environments is preferred.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, set targets, and implement initiatives to drive revenue and productivity.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work during peak retail hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
