Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Store Manager. The role involves working closely with clients and team members to manage day-to-day tasks, including project coordination, client communication, and delivering customized home interior solutions. The Store Manager will also be responsible for ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to create solutions aligned with client preferences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Experience in design planning, project management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs, interpreting requirements, and translating them into practical solutions.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and functionality in interior design.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet project deadlines and accommodate client needs.
- Previous experience in home interiors, architecture, or interior design is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has proven relevant experience.
