Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and implement retail loss prevention strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, leading a team to meet sales goals, managing customer service operations, and fostering a positive and productive store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling inventory and store operations
- Proficiency in managing budgets, sales targets, and retail performance metrics
- Ability to motivate staff and ensure a high standard of store performance
- Relevant experience in the retail or food production industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management or related field is preferred
