Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, addressing customer needs, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for setting sales goals, monitoring store performance, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise employees effectively
  • Proficient in inventory management, procurement processes, and overseeing stock control systems to ensure seamless store operations
  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for efficient scheduling and task delegation
  • Understanding of sales strategies and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Basic financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze sales reports
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Previous experience in retail or supermarket management is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
  • Educational background in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
