Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Grocery Manager position located in Jaipur. As a Grocery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the grocery store, including managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, supervising staff, monitoring stock levels, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. You will also play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Supermarkets and Sales
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and stock management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Basic knowledge of organic and health-conscious food products is a plus
