Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Meerut. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing the store team, maintaining inventory, ensuring adherence to retail standards, implementing strategies to prevent loss, and overseeing customer experience. The Store Manager will also play a critical role in communicating with staff, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring the store’s operations align with brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering a superior shopping experience
- Proven experience in Store Management, including inventory handling and team supervision
- Effective Communication skills to manage team interactions and customer engagement
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategies
- Organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage store operations
- Familiarity with the jewellery industry and market trends is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
