Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Odisha. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, implement effective customer service strategies, and lead a team to achieve sales and performance goals. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, preventing retail loss, training staff, and maintaining high presentation and operational standards in the store. The candidate will be expected to foster a customer-centric environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to oversee daily operations and maintain efficiency.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team while maintaining a positive and professional store environment.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or jewellery will be considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems and financial acumen in retail settings.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to handle store challenges proactively.
