We started back in the pre-independence era from our flagship store in Baripada, expanding over Balasore and Bhadrak serving the mothers and daughters of Odisha through the decades. Now we are here to create an impact for the vibrant young generation by extending our operations in Bhubaneswar and beyond through Youlry and Arnika. 🎯KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🧑 🤝 🧑 Leadership & Team Management
- Build a high‑performance, motivated sales team that aligned to our brand values
- Mentoring and supporting the team to learn, grow and navigate work challenges smoothly with a positive attitude
- Drive performance management, KPI tracking, and continuous feedback
💰 Sales, Targets & Business Performance
- Own store sales targets, profitability, and business metrics
- Analyze KPIs, sales trends, and productivity reports to drive sustainable growth
- Ensure budget adherence, availability of stock, proper maintenance of merchandise
🏬 Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Uphold the brand image through visual merchandising excellence
- Ensure impeccable Infrastructural Compliance for our stores
- Oversee asset protection, store security and theft prevention to check and control
✨ Customer Experience & Brand Image
- Deliver experience to customers that feels as premium as the gold they choose
- Ensure that customers feel safe and welcomed, leaving with a smile behind
📊 Reporting & Compliance
- Efficiently manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and operational documentations
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, audit standards, and organizational SOPs
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree / Diploma (any stream) or equivalent
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in the Jewellery Industry or Luxury Retail
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and product knowledge
