Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Mehsana. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, implementing marketing initiatives, managing inventory, and ensuring store presentation aligns with company standards. The Store Manager will also lead and motivate team members, address customer concerns, and contribute to staff development and training.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
- Customer service, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
- Inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Sales expertise, target achievement, and promotional campaign execution
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Experience in jewelry retail or luxury retail is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
