Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Vapi. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain store appearance. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, implementing best practices for retail loss prevention, and fostering a positive shopping experience for customers through excellent service and communication. The role will also entail inventory management and motivating the team to deliver optimal results.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in managing Store Operations and Retail Loss Prevention
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage with team members and customers effectively
- Leadership abilities with experience in staff supervision and development
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in the retail industry, particularly in a management position, is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous
