Role Description
The Store Manager role at Jubilant FoodWorks in Faridabad is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing daily store operations and inspiring a high-performance team. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing inventory and supply chain operations, maintaining financial records, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager also ensures adherence to company standards, health and safety regulations, and contributes to the growth and operational efficiency of the store.
Qualifications
- Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and oversee a high-performing team.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills to provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Understanding of financial management including budgeting, sales tracking, and achieving profitability targets.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technology relevant to store and operations management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to oversee daily store functions effectively.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or food service management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
