Role Description The Store Manager role at Hiba Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. The role involves monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional activities, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met. The Store Manager will handle customer inquiries and concerns, manage cash handling and reporting, and enforce company policies and procedures. This position also requires maintaining compliance with retail loss prevention guidelines, training team members, and supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and courteously.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Proven experience in Store Management, including supervising staff and overseeing daily retail operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Prior experience in retail or a related customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems and standard office software.
