Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, for a Store Manager at iVENUS - Apple Premium Partner. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage store staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, ensuring effective retail loss prevention, strategizing to meet sales goals, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment. The role involves training and developing team members, addressing customer concerns, and fostering overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-oriented skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proven leadership abilities in Store Management and Retail Operations
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategies
- Experience in Apple products and services is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team in a retail environment
- Proficiency in managing inventory and day-to-day retail processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred
