Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Noida. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, and ensure sales targets are achieved. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service, implementing retail strategies, monitoring inventory and loss prevention, and fostering a motivating and inclusive work environment to drive team success.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Proven expertise in Store Management to oversee daily operations and achieve sales targets.
- Effective Communication skills to manage team dynamics and interact with customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and enforce security protocols.
- Previous experience in retail or similar roles, coupled with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory handling is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration or Retail Management is preferred.
Requirements:
. 5-6 years of experience as a store manager in premium apparel brands only and currently handling a business of 10 CR+
. Good communication skills
