Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Store Manager, located in Sonipat. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring proper inventory management, monitoring stock levels, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role includes managing customer service, promoting customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth communication between team members and clients. Additionally, the Store Manager will supervise staff, create a welcoming environment, and drive overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Proven experience in Store Management, including inventory oversight and staff supervision.
- A solid understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard the store's assets.
- Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills to manage a team and maintain operational efficiency.
- Prior experience in retail or similar roles; industry-specific experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using retail management software or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
