Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Haridwar. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage inventory, implement retail strategies, and maintain store compliance with operational standards. The role also includes responsibility for reducing retail loss, supervising staff, and ensuring a positive and efficient store environment to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service effectiveness
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in retail or store management is preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in basic business systems and applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
