Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Store Manager with responsibilities based in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and maintain a high standard of retail management. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, training staff, and implementing strategies to prevent retail loss while enhancing the overall store experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong skills in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle inventory management and operational responsibilities
- Proficiency in problem-solving, team management, and driving sales goals
- Previous experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
