Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Calicut, Kannur, Kollam, Palakkad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure outstanding customer service, monitor inventory, and manage a team effectively to meet business goals. Responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention strategies, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and fostering a productive and efficient store environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service management
- Exceptional Communication skills for both internal team coordination and customer interactions
- Proficiency in Store Management practices, inventory control, and team leadership
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention with the ability to implement effective security measures
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Basic proficiency in retail-related software and data analysis tools
- Educational background in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in retail management or a similar role is desirable
