Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Dwarka. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, customer service, stocking, and achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction, managing the store’s inventory and minimizing retail losses. Other day-to-day tasks include training and mentoring team members, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and implementing promotional strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and Store Management experience, including the ability to oversee day-to-day operations and guide team members
- Proven skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Effective verbal and written Communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
