Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Mohali district. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing and managing loss prevention strategies, and maintaining well-organized inventory levels. The role includes supervising store staff, driving sales performance, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Experience Required:
- 5 to 10 years
- Strong skills in Store Management, including inventory organization and staff supervision.
- Proficiency in goods dispatch management.
- Ability to lead teams effectively, manage time efficiently, and maintain a results-driven mindset.
Qualification Required:
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month.
