Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the Store Manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.
The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Manage store P&L, margins, and inventory levels
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and local marketing
- Prepare reports on sales, customer trends, and store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of retail/store management experience (apparel preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a result-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
