Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing in-store staff. The individual will handle inventory control, implement retail loss prevention strategies, and maintain a welcoming and efficient store environment. Additionally, the role will involve resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficiency in handling inventory, sales reports, and operational procedures
- Previous experience in the retail industry, preferably in kids’ or lifestyle products
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Problem-solving aptitude and detail-oriented mindset
