Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in levis store at Kozhikode. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, handling customer queries, training staff, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring loss prevention practices. The role will also require consistent collaboration with the leadership team to meet company objectives and nurture the store’s growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Strong focus on delivering Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and customer interaction
- Ability to manage sales targets, inventory, and team performance effectively
- Leadership skills to train, motivate, and guide store staff
- Previous experience in a retail or fashion environment is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
