Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Noida. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, train and supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement retail strategies for improved sales performance. The role also involves ensuring store compliance with policies, managing budgets, and minimizing retail losses through effective prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and management
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to implement operational efficiency strategies
- Experience in retail or a related field is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field is advantageous
