STORE MANAGER

 

Role Requirements

·       Oversee customer relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.

·       Oversee daily operations of sales team.

·       Conduct in depth market research and analyse recent trends in the jewellery industry.

·       Develop and execute sales strategies and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.

·       Suggest inventory aligned with customer requirements.

·       Co-ordinating with staff sales training, customer handling and Jewellery handling operations.

·       Co-ordinating between the management and fellow channel partners.

·       Co-ordinating with Marketing team to develop and execute Sales and Marketing strategies.

·       Handling the customer grievances and taking steps to overcome the same.

Skills

·       Strong sales skills, including negotiation, upselling, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

·       Experience in customer relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.

·       Leadership, team management, and staff training capabilities.

·       Industry based knowledge with a focus on trends and market dynamics

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

·       Proficiency in managing inventory and maintaining visual merchandising standards

·       Strong organizational and time management skills

 

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience required in sales and Team Management.

Work experience with brands in luxury segments.

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or certified courses.

Languages

English, Hindi, Punjabi

Salary 60,000 INR (negotiable as per experience).
